I graduated with my AS Degree in Nursing in 2010.  I worked at a LTC facility for a few months and also ran flu shot clinics last year.  I have since been searching for a job and have not been having any luck.  Does anyone have advice what I can do to increase my chances of getting another nursing job.  I also started back at college working toward my BSN.

MaryBeth, Hiya and Welcome to NL..You didn't say why you no longer work in LTC, however, there is a job post site here that may be able to assist you. Also, I know it is difficult to find emploment, but have you tried agencies, job fairs, correction department, coorporations or schools? Try to think out of the box, you would be surprised where nurses are used.. Best of luck to you and please keep us posted.. BTW, Congratulations on returning to school for your BSN..Teresa
