Posted about 1 year ago I was told I have one bad check on my record and that I have to write a letter to the Nursing Board to say that I am aware that it is on my record and that my school has not promised me that I will be able to sit for NCLEX and that I am also aware that I may be required to show alabama board of nursing documentation that it has been taken care of. What are my chances? The check was from 2002 |

| Posted about 1 year ago Hiya, 1st thing, who told you this information? Was it the BON? If yes, then that's what will need to happen. Can you get this expunged off your record? If you haven't had any trouble since then ,they may be able to do this..This was 10 years ago, so I wouldn't abandon ship just yet..I'm not an attorney, but you may want to get a free consultation and ask about your options..
