i would love to call the hospital and ask but i dont have a phone so this is how i'm going to ask.

i am 35 weeks and 7 days pregnant, i am having menstral like cramping but it doesnt go away so i cant time it. i am already dialated to 3 cm, 50%, and -2. i dont know if i'm now in true labor. i cant sleep and no matter what i do it doesnt go away. i have also noticed today i have an increase in thicker darker discharge.

help?
