I am looking for more information about pca's in the homecare setting, the company I work for does not have a policy on changing doses or starting a new bag, at this time they have the nurse go to the house and call one of the pharmacist to do the 2 person check.  I am not comfortable with this, I do not want to lose my license if something happens.  Are there any Homecare Infusion nurses out there that can give me some guidance?
