I am a PHIL grad BSN and I was denied to sit nclex gere in CAL..Where can I have my transcript evaluated for ANY kind of employment in healthcare?..I would appreciate ALL or ANY help...need help

I need detailed instructions the website only states apply for equivalent training(equivalency),and submit livescan,transcript or letter from school with listed modules completing fundamentals of nursing,also proof of work(skills performed)supervised by a doctor and/or nurse....

 

well my transcript shows foundations of nursing and healthcare1 and 2 but it doesnt show a list of coursework/modules nor any skills but I know for a fact we did cover it up(fundamentals of nursing)..and I dont have the modules nor checklists of skills anymore..what do i do now?....NEED HELP!

I can..THANK u!!!I'll call them and ask for a fax so it might be cheaper to send and receive documents..I've been trying to call cna department so I can ask for info but no luck since the website doesnt answer my questions..

Do they need documents directly from my school like NCLEX?

Is there an application fee like NCLEX?

 thank u for posting the website unfortunately I already know this and have contacted them..the agent says to have my transcript evaluated for equivalent training in FUNDAMENTALS OF NURSING or contact my school for detailed(listed modules)related to/associated to FUNDAMENTALS OF NURSING....so I need help on where to evaluate my transcript..its so hard to contact my school in PHIL..but Im trying to do both and which is best and faster....sigh..i dont want to take LVN or go back to school now for RN..NCLEX can wait...sigh...
