hi I graduated BSN bacth 09 in the Phil i am a green card holder and have been staying here for the past 3 years now. I applied for nclex CA of sept 09 and took it around feb 2010. Unfortunately I didn't pass and I took it again last year august and stil failed. Decided to work and to save money for the next nclex. I sent my application and after a few weeks they sent me a letter saying that my clinicals where not sufficient enough to be eligible to take the nclex. I don't understand how come they let me take it twice already and now they rejected my application??
