HELP! CA-BON additional requirements

Posted 8 months ago Hi! :)) So I applied for the NCLEX exam last month, and after about 3 weeks, I got a response from the board of nursing. Unfortunately, they are still asking for additional requirements. One of them includes: > A copy of clinical rotation schedule, registration forms and class schedule I told my school about all these and they were wondering what REGISTRATION FORMS are. Do you guys have any idea what this could be? Is it the enrollment forms? Or something else? Please let me know. Thank you! |
