can a nurse with 2 DUIs this year in Ohio transfer to KY and work as an RN?

Posted 8 months ago I have a good friend who is an RN in Ohio but has a problem; 2 DUIs in 2012; BLOOD alcohol .08 first one, no accident; second one, .21 and she was only one hurt but had to be flown to level I trauma center. Can she transfer license to KY with these problems, in July 2012? |

| Posted 8 months ago Hiya Insanity, In my opinion, It sounds to me like she may lose her license..One of the requirements is to be a upstanding moral person. While this doesn't make her immoral, She does have some serious problems she needs to take care of.. Best of luck to your "firend"...
