Poll: should an RN with 2 DUIs in one year, one breaking her neck, be suspended as an RN for a time?

Posted 8 months ago Fellow RNs, I have a good friend who has messed up; 2 DUIs in 2012, 4 months apart, 2nd one breaking her neck; she shows no indication to stop drinking and driving; should her license be suspended or revoked? Where do "boundaries" begin= at practicing under influence? She also had prescription drug titers HIGH in her system |

| Posted 8 months ago Hiya Insanity, In my opinion, It sounds to me like she may lose her license..One of the requirements is to be a upstanding moral person. While this doesn't make her immoral, She does have some serious problems she needs to take care of.. Best of luck to your "firend"...
