Hi.  The job I am working in is my first real STNA position.  I am having difficulty with efficiently changing Depends and repositioning a client.  I need help on how to keep the Chux and Bed Pad in place with I pull the client up in bed.  Also, what is the best way to reposition a Chux that is under a client in bed, but that has slipped down too low under the client's body?  It takes me soooo long to just change a Depends and then reposition the client.  It seems that this shouldn't be so time consuming!?!?  Thanks for any advice!
