Hello everyone ^_^

I have a question for you all,

I'm a college freshman and I currently have an 80% in my Sociology class. And if I bomb my final exam on Sociology like I did on my latest exam (I got a 79%), then I will definitely get a C since my professor doesn't round.  However, I do have A's in my other classes such as Psych 101, Eng 101, and Com 101. My question is this: will this one C prevent me from getting accepted into the nursing program even if I get A's and B's on every other prereq? I don't plan to bomb the final exam, but let's just say that I do for the sake of argument.
