Posted 6 months ago Hello My daughter is seeking a L.V.N refresher course in Houston, TX. I have been online searching for a school. But with no luck!! She has been out of nursing for over 5 years & the Boards is requiring her to do this. Please if you have any information please reply. I noted a couple of places like Memorial Hospital want couple of thousand!! :(( I'm open to reasd your replies... thanks you |

| Posted 6 months ago Hi SisMavis, I took a course with PHES in Houston, TX. They are approved by the BON and the Texas Workforce to help with those who need financial assistance. The course are a bit expensive but, include clinicals which are impossible to do on your own. I tried for several months and then, gave up and took the course. The staff were great and guided me throguh the process and got me the experience I needed. I now work in Infusion Care which I had not even heard of until the educator at PHES talked to us on orientation day about career options. They have a website but, I cant rememeber it right now but, the phone # is 877-313-7437. Good luck to you and your daughter. |
