Hello!!

I just wanted to share with all nursing students about a new product that we used in fundamentals class. It's by a company called SimuMed it's a portable nursing lab that allowed us to practice our skills at home. I have 3 children and work  so I did not have time to stay at school and practice. The kit allowed us to practice foley cath for male and female, medication administration, tracheostomy care, wound care, nasogastric insertion, IV practice etc...I'm a shy person so skills check offs were hard for me. I hope this post will help any student or nurse who would like to have a way to practice on their own time. If you have any questions please ask!!! Oh I did pass all my skills first time!
