Posted 7 months ago So I just finished taking the NCLEX about an hour ago. The exam shut off at 75 questions and I was sure I failed. I cried in my car and called my mom crying saying, "I failed, I failed." She told me to calm down and think positive. I decided to check Pearson Vue before I got home because I just couldn't wait. The status said delivery successful so I tried to re register. Sure enough I got the good pop up: "Our records indicate that you have recently scheduled this exam. Please contact you Member Board for further assistance. Another registration cannot be made at this time." So i'm pretty sure I passed because I've done extensive googling about the Pearson Vue trick and I keep doing it now just to see if anything may change. OMG I can't believe I passed the NCLEX in 75 questions!!!!!!!!! I'm freaking out. I won't be able to rest until I see a license number next to my name! |

| Posted 7 months ago I also heard that when the machine shuts off early like that , then it usually means you have done Your % of passing for the NCLEX. This was When they first put this "Computer Boards" into play. As to wheither or not it "It holds water" still, IS another story. Be Positive !!! IT WILL BE GOOD SISTER-GIRL!!

| Posted 7 months ago Thanks ladies for the info and words of encouragement. I PASSED! Got the official results today along with my license number. I'm so excited. Now all I have to do is find a job. Lol |

| Posted 7 months ago I took the NCLEX-RN today. My computer shut off at about 165 questions. I was so anxious after the test because I was positive that I did not know anything about what the questions asked. My nursing school buddy took it at the same time I did (she got 75 questions) and we both did the "Pearson Vue Trick" after we got to her house. We both got the same pop-up stating that we could not register and that we had to contact the BON for further assistance. I am so anxious to find out. Two other girls from our class just found out they are RNs and they tried the "trick" as well and got the same pop-up. I hope the effort and struggles of the last two years have finally paid off. :) Congrats to those that have made it. To those that are still on their way, "You can do this! " |

| Posted 7 months ago Mcruz I'm gonna have to agree with Teresa. The PVT works. I took mine Tuesday, got the pop up minutes after finishing and got the official results Wednesday morning. All my other classmates who passed did as well. Congrats! You did it. Bring the bottles out! Lol |

| Posted 7 months ago Hi Teresa and Indya! I just wanted to say Thanks. Yes, I did pass and yes, the PVT works. So far, 7 of us have taken the NCLEX-RN and we've all gotten the pop-up. I just verified my license Monday night and there it was. I can proudly say that I am Michelle Cruz, RN. Hooray!!!!! :) |
