I would like to start a safety and quality consultation business for operating rooms.  Two BSN prepared operating room nurses and one surgical tech would be invited into an operating room, we would review all data on safety and quality, surgical site infection statistics and tissue compliance.  We would assist your operating room to become compliant with CDC and Joint Commission Standards.  We would  review SSI data and help in decreasing all surgical site infections in complainance with CDC, Medicaid and Medicare.  Our goal would be to help operating rooms retain reimbursements and decrease readmissions due to infections.   Any suggestions, good or not so good:)))
