Posted 6 months ago I've been thinking lately about New Years resolutions. It's that time of year. But seriously, who really keeps resolutions? It's hard to make changes. So many things are involved in making and following through with decisions. I think it's good to take time to clean your body out with all the toxins we are exposed to. So, I think it's time for a good detox. I'm planning on doing a healthy food detox program at the first of the year. (yeah, I want to enjoy the junk during the holidsys).
