I'm having a background check ran at a hospital in Alabama for a job on a maternity floor. I was arrested for domestic violence in 10-2006 however, I was never charged and the case was dismissed. Should I be worried? Could they turn me away? I've got 2 small babies and I need work and I'm freakjng out!!
