| Posted 5 months ago Hiya John, there are several posts" that I have place about that subject.. Look under "All about Nurse" and see if anything interests you. there are also many sites on the internet. Specialized nursing is about what department or sub area you's like to work in.. Like, ER, Peds, Geriatrics, Orthopedics, ICU etc... Hope this helps... Teresa |
