Southern California LVN's Fasing out of hospitals. Do you agree..

Posted 5 months ago I have been informed by alot of my Los Angeles County Hospital nursing friends, that are CNA's, they say that some hospitals are using RN's only, and cross training CNA's to CMA's, too eliminate using LVN's in some Hospitals.. Have you experience this as a LVN\ LPN? I am a proud mother of three beautyful daughter. I currently live in Los Angeles California. I've worked as a heathecare provider for almost 10 years. I am curently in school to pursue my MSN in nursing, and wants to work as a pediactric nurse, in public health. |
