Posted 4 months ago im going for my CNA license and they want me to get a level 2 background check. they dont permit anyone with a felony i never been convicted of a felony after 18 as an adult but i got a juvenile record with a felony. does this matter? does my record come up in a level 2 background check? it happen in 2007 5-6 years ago im now 20.. |

| Posted 4 months ago Hiya, I would think that juvenile records are sealed..I also in my opinion think you are safe.. However, if they ask you, don't lie... That's cause for immediate dismal... Best of luck to you.. Please keep us postedl.. Teresa |
