Is it possible to legitimatly go from a LPN to a BSN?

I have been seeing a lot of adds saying how you can go from LPN to BSN and I don't believe that it's real but I thought I might as well ask to see what other people think about programs like that. Is there an actual LPN to BSN Program?

Yes, I do believe this is legitimate. Many of these programs are online, and from what I have researched, you arrange clinicals for experience. Some where you already work,
