 408 (81.4%) of the schools have an entry-level BSN program.

 At the time of graduation 57% were already offered a job.

 Employers prefer BSN graduates.

 Little variation was found regarding the rate of job offers based on graduation by institution type.

 88% of new graduate BSNs had jobs within four to six months.

 39.1% of hospitals and other healthcare settings require a bachelor’s degree in nursing

 77.4% expressed a strong preference for BSN degrees.

The outlook for MSNs

 94 (18.1%) of the schools have an entry-level MSN program.

 At the time of graduation 73% were already offered a job.

 92% of new graduate MSNs had jobs within four to six months.
