hi!
do i still need to fill up the nursing verification program when reapplying and send it to the BON? i already sent that form the 1st time i applied for NCLEX exam... or just the first page of the retake form and the fee needed are the only thig i will send to the BON this time?
.. and what about the LAST EXAM APPLIED FOR.. i got confused there.. is that for the ATT or eligibility?..
someone please?... i need an answer ASAP.... thanks!! |

| Posted 11 months ago I guess my response is a bit too late, but the answer is no. I did this recently and they did not have a problem with it. However, you might as well read about the latest predicaments of Philippine gradutes applying/re-applying for NCLEX=( Or you've taken the exam and passed already, good for you |
