What is HESI Evolve Reach Exam?


The HESI Evolve Reach Exam (formerly the Health Education System, Inc.) is an examination used by nursing schools to predict NCLEX scores. The examination is taken 3 times during nursing students’ careers. They take the test as a nursing entrance examination, halfway through the program, and at the end of the nursing program. Each examination helps the nursing students prepare for the NCLEX certification examinations.
