Can a felony be held against you after 30 yr conviction?

 I have one more year left before I will be finished with Nursing school,will a felony received over 30yrs ago stop me from being certified?

Sounds like a good question for your states Board of Nursing.    Each state has their own Nurse Practice Act, so I would be remiss to try to advise in this area. 


Also, the answer may depend on the nature of the felony.

I agree with the second post. It really all depends. You need to contact the BON to find out.
