I took the HESI about a month ago and did well on the Biology and A&P parts.  I only studied the HESI book for the biology (I took Bio about 10 years ago), but nothing in the book in the AP section was on the test.  I took AP 1 last semester and AP 2 this semester so that's what helped me.  The test was geared more toward Physiology.  If you know someone with notes or an AP book I would definately review them.

Good Luck

Thats kind of a tricky question to answer, its like asking what you should study for the SAT.....review the HESI book and there is a section in the AP part (i believe) that has vocabulary terms study those it will help to make eliminations on the answers.  I know this doesnt help much sorry :(
