hello to all. i was just wondering. im a US citizen and im going back to the philippines to finish my nursing course and now im planning to apply dual citizenship(Phili.). Now my question is, am i still gonna take the local board exam in the philippines if ill become a dual citizen(US and phil.)? If yes, would it be better for me to apply student visa rather than dual citizenship for me not to take the local board exam to the philippines?
