Just an FYI.  If anyone out there is thinking of working for this company. Do not.  I am working there  now and I have never been treated so unprofessionally.  The pay is the lowest  around.  You are plotted agaist . Stay away.

Nothing illegal is going on. However, the program director seems to get off sneaking behind the staffs back.  She never tells you directly what is wrong she will tell the corperate Manager.  As for the clients we take care of. What I find sad is we have two clients that we can not safely care for.  And because of the mighty dollar they are still living there. It is not fair to the clients or the staff. As for I would go down with them.  No, she would some how make it look as if it where my fault and nothing would happen to her. She manipulates the coperate manager. And to our manager she does no wrong.   And yes I am soon on my way out of this horribly run unprofessional place.

Geez guys, This place sounds way to weird...There has to be much more  going on here...It's going to have be reported to some one in the county of where you are..Or you can go to the state level.. I do believe this could be anonymously. Health inspectors and Patient inspection are so important here..I wouldn't wait for a NY minute to report these things that are happening..Document every thing andevery incident that goes on there..It's proof so you must be specific.. They are now being investigated by the state for violating residents rights.  On a provisional license.  Oddly the administration still are employed.
