If you're taking antibiotics for the cysitis that would explain your urine pH. Your blood cell counts being low could be alot of things. Drug on drug interactions, your current infection, maybe even hormone levels. Talk to your Dr. He or she should be able to answer your questions more in-depth than I can on this post. You really need your TSH levels, the thyroid gland determines mood and stability. Both my parents have thyroid disorders. My mother has Hashimoto's and Dad has Grave's disease.  Talk with your health care professional about your labs, and ask him or her to explain what they may mean. Remember, the only dumb question is the one not asked!
