It will affect your license renewal. All BON check your renewal application or any application sent to their offices with a fine-tooth comb. It could waste valuable time from getting your license renewed or application could be denied. When filling out the all applications to any BON make sure all information is current and truthful,it will  be checked. I suggest disclosing all new information when filling out all applications!
