Any nurses or Nursing assistants do not work for this company.  Their pay is low and they abuse the staff.  They will write you up for false things and hide medication errors.  Will have staff  intial the MARs weeks after they forgot to sign them.  Leave residents walk around with shoes that are falling apart. Leave resident live there that urinate and crap on the floor.  The Administrator LL lies and pops Ativan like it is candy.   Do not put your family members there.

Also forgot to mention the vans that they transport the clients in need brakes and they will not fix them.  Never get the oil changed.  Staff bust their humps and all the Administator does is spin in her chair then complains she is dizzy. Hello Ativan. This place is a freaken joke.

To add to this post.  The operations director will force her ideas on the residents.  If they do not do as she likes she will threaten to take their cell phone away and limit their use.  They lock the drinking cups away in the kitchen.   Some residents get what ever they want while others are left to walk around with holes in their clothes and shoes.  They refuse treatment to some residents.  Would not let a resident be admitted to crisis because they did not want her to have a vacation.  Hide Medication errors etc.   The people who run the place have serious issues.

Thanks for the info maybe someone who wants to work there or place a loved one there will think twice.   Sad what places get away with now.

It truely is AWFUL to think that too many of this type of facilities are still operating every day with someone's loved ones in them!!!!! TOO TERRIBLE!!!!!!!
