I am Surgical Tech wanting to cross train in cell saver , where do I start? 

 A machine that filters and recycles blood durlng large blood lost cases such as CV and Ortho and others.

I've haven't heard of cell saver training but it sounds interesting. I'm assuming it's surgery related which makes sense. As a LPN student , I did surgical clinical rotation, and was amazed at the techs. All the insruments layed out-sterile technique.  It was exciting to see CABG, wound debridement, even saw placement of a pacemaker.
