Posted almost 2 years ago Hi all! i was accepted into the Columbus Technical college ADN program beginning this fall! I am scurrying about collecting uniforms, books and the like to get ready. I am 40 years old with 4 kids and looking forward to this journey. I have heard that this is the hardest thing that I will ever do so Im eager to see if that is true. We have orientation on the 15th of August so at that time I will get tomeet more of my future classmates =) Any advice on success is greatly appreciated. Nice to meet you all =) Cindy |

| Posted almost 2 years ago Dear BAYLI1, CONGRATS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! You will love it, I did!!!!! I was 38 when I attended LPN school in Feb. 2010-Feb. 2011, and I wouldn't change a thing. Teresah is right, you will need a schedule to keep up with exam dates, clinical rotations, and family time, too. You will meet alot of new people who will become another family. I formed relationships with alot of my classmates, and we all worked as a team-I miss that so much!!!!! I wish you GOOD LUCK and GOD BLESS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Shonna or 09157238 |
