Posted almost 2 years ago yesterday i was informed by a coworker that the way we are charting in the computer was changed. NOTE the use of words "WAS CHANGED!" ahh yes how nice ! Some anonymous computer expert decided we needed to chart a different way. I certainly hope this anonymous computer expert who just changed the way thousands of nurses in this insitution chart is ready to get the can when all these nurses fail to chart correctly and we as an instituition fail to pass our Joint Commission survey . Changing charting is not done overnite it cannot be done in a vaccuum and somewhere someday somebody is going to get that....probably not in my lifetime tho |

| Posted almost 2 years ago Dear KELLYJ, It sounds like someone has a little too much time on their hands!!!!!!! That's a little suspicious, don't you think!!!!! You don't just go into a computer system and start changing everyone's charting!!!! I think a meeting is in order-don't you!!!!!! What is going on-exactly????? It sounds rather suspect-may need to find out what's actually going on!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! That's my 2 cents, and I'm sticking with it!!!!
