hiring of foreign nurses

Posted almost 2 years ago Due to recession the foreign nurses are not getting the sponsorship to start work, are there any agencies or hospitals that would help me in getting sponsorship, so that i can start work .I am already having RN licensure from maryland board but due to visa -problem i cann't work

HR 1933, which amends the Immigration and Nationality Act, was passed in the House last August 1 and has been forwarded to the Senate for deliberation.
So the foreign students are getting sponsorship, if you read the article the hospitals are getting incentive to hire these foreign student. i believe over 160,000. of them per year or semester are graduating with degrees just to work in US. bill has been in effect for awhile and now is going around again. So if your from the Philipines, this will cover your question. Their visa are being pushed through for this.
