Posted over 1 year ago How does one find a great nurse to work in a plastic surgeon office in New York City. Is there any places, other than agencies? I have been looking for so long and cannot find anyone that loves the field, is upbeat, and fun. Point me in the right direction. |

| Posted over 1 year ago There are multiple nursing publications, one that is free and sponsored by employers (and each is regional). The name of the escapes me at this moment. Using sites like Monster.com; more general medical magazines like Military Medicine. For a bit more money on your side, using a head hunter will about guarantee the right person. (I was found by a Boston head-hunter when I was working in Rockville, MD. Signed a contract during the second interview). I think connecting will be your greatest hurdle, because there are qualified nurses out there who are looking for work, or looking to get back into their specialty. Good luck with your search.
