... if there are any other good options?

To make a long story short, I have changed a lot since last year, when I cared more about partying than schoolwork and got some bad grades at John Tyler Community College. I have since switched to J. Sargeant Reynolds and am working my butt off to become a nurse. I want to be a nurse more than anything, and I will do anything to achieve it.

That being said, what kind of GPA am I looking at to realistically get into either the LPN or RN program at J. Sarge? If it is extremely difficult, are there any good options for accredited schools nearby? I looked at the Nursing Accreditation site and appeared that quite a few of the private schools (like Centura, ECPI, Fortis, etc.) are not listed?
