Posted over 1 year ago HI, I am taking the NCLEX- PN in November. I haven't been in school since 2009 I am so confused, I dont know where to start. Does anyonne have any suggestions, a refresher course, or a teacher that lives in NJ to work with me?
Please help!

| Posted over 1 year ago Hello! I found this guide online for the NCLEX PN and NCLEX RN. I used the NCLEX RN guide and it really helped me a lot. I passed the test, no problems!
