Dear MHS,


Nurses that are constantly short-staffed-too many risks to name!!!!!!! Just unsafe period-Teresah said it minimal care,maybe no care!!!!!! Nurses are stressed enough-short staffedness causes more pts. per whatever nurse is available, means more med passes(more mistakes to be made/fatal drug errors, and the list could go on and on!!!!!!

That is not only true, but it is extremely dangerous.. nIf you are short staffed, people tend to do only what's absolutely necessary.. Thus, less care give, more mistakes made..Be Careful..Hugs,Teresa
