I ask for a little help with this thing,,

somebody please share with me about N.C.P., discuss with me what is written in a n.c.p and rationale of every variable, or show me a sample of a N.C.P. (nursing care plan)

i need to have an advance learning about this, so that i'll be able to answer my clinical instructor's question and relate with her discussion
this upcoming creepy thursday... we will have an advance class for our practicum..

im looking forward for your help guys/gals

Hello,......one of the many joys of RN school...try the above web address...you can click on sample forms for many topics...i.e. elimination, activity intolerance, etc.....good luck:)
