Ok. for starters thanks to charlita, for getting my hopes and things back into check... that really helped me open my eyes, and i just wanted to say thanks and there are so many of you on here who brighten my day up and i sure am glad that i signed on to nursinglink.
Secondly, I recently encountered a block in the road, with my previous extern site, and thought that i was squandered because it just didnt work out at that clinic, so i decided to finish my last week at another clinic on the other side of town. right, so i called a person, who is wuper awesome and chatted with her for advice. get this, she is the o.m. at the clinic where i was originally going to do my internship at, and even though it didnt work out for the internship- she has bent over backward and was impressed by me so much that she wants to hire me for a job- so tomorrow- instead of painstakingly searching for a m.a. job- i have several options at a wonderful hospital & satellite clinics( clinic for me 4 now) with health benefits and a competitve salary- with full itme hours,,, and most importantly they will work well with me and be flexible- while i am at school- YES - that is right I am one more step closer to becoming that nurse that I wan tto be- Help heal the sick and injured, bandage boo boos, help the public, become more aware and to be an aid to maybe finding the cures to exotic disease... I want to be a NURSE and its almost here in my fingertips..HOORAY!... I am so excited I can barely type.... so i will go and i will let you know how things go tomorrow and what the dealio is ..... kool kool... ttyl. muah.
Again, thanks to everyone who has encouraged me to be better and fight throught lifes hard times, I appreciate each and every individual.. and i have something special in store- i just have to figure out a way to do it..lol..ttyl. bye 4 real this time. muah.
