Posted over 5 years ago You can make an phone appointment with a counselor, so don't struggle trying to do this on your own. They'll try to work to accomodate you.

Posted over 5 years ago OK stop the negativity. Where there is a will there is a way. Call the guidance counselor at the high school to see if there is a referral service for babysitters. Call the Student Services department at the college and see if they have a referral service for babysitters. Finally call the Dean of Nursing at the Community College. Find out what classes you can take on line and what the prerequisites are for getting into the Nursing Program. Fill out your FAFSA form, this can be done on line and then fill out the Scholarship and loan and grants from this site. it might be hard to find time to study with your little ones BE POSITIVE and get moving.

Posted over 5 years ago If you cannot find scholarships, fill out your FAFSA and if they don't assist you, look into private loans. I've been going through Great Lakes and they're really accomadating. My mother-in-law is a nurse and said that her hospital paid off her loans for her. fastweb.com has resources too, as I'm sure many places online do. I too have an hour commute, so just try to stay positive.
