When I got mine, I went to a class through Beverly Enterprises and got my CNA that way. I have never heard of a person being able to challenge the boards, check it out though, you never know! ;) |

I found a lot of it to be common sence and just put my self in situations and asked myself how I would want to be treated or how I would feel. Hang in there. |

| Posted about 5 years ago So does anyone have any insight to help me? Should I apply for a nursing home job to help me get into nursing? Would that be the better move now? I'm thinking about going to a Day care center full time in the summer. Hopefully i can take my prereq. courses this summer as i apply to a loal nursing school. Should I apply to 2 or more schools? |

| Posted about 5 years ago Maybe getting your CNA license would be a good first step, some nursing homes offer classes while you work. Maybe where you work now?
