| Posted over 5 years ago well shan, I have noticed that certain times you get points for what you post and others you don't it seems very arbitrary to me. I must admit I worked very hard at getting my 3rd star. Spent time I should have been studying for my NCLEX exam chasing stars, but I still got my LPN NCLEX Passed this week and I got my 3 stars. Shows what determination will get you. Besides aching neck and sore fingers from too much addiction to this site. But where else will we meet great people like each other and Char and CD? |

| Posted over 5 years ago OK-the point system ihas gone wacko! I just uploaded some pictures and it gave me 18 points (good!) then I changed my mind, deleted 2 and added 1 and it took away 9 points! (bad)I am so frustrated! |

| Posted over 5 years ago I'm sure it's just a software glitch. But, I can relate. I can't help but check my points to see how far I've made it. The point system is obviously a good idea (just look at the interest it creates.. and the content it creates). Trust me... the content is the real "point" of the point system. I do agree that things need to be addressed more directly. Let's help them. I'm going to message Curin to let her know the natives are getting restless. Why don't you all do the same. Put a little sugar on it though. Software can be very frustrating for those managing it as well as those using it. Hopefully, we can get some answers. Also, tell all your friends on NL to post their comments to this string so that it acts sort of like a petition. If they are having trouble with points... they need to be heard. The Powers can't prioritize unless they know how many are "feeling" the problem. Lastly... I want my points... but, I really want one of those cool "Founding Member" banners like our friend The Big Cheese has. Has anyone else seen it? |

| Posted over 5 years ago .... the "more bees with honey" principal... I suppose. But, I'm actually "developing" software of my own and the concept of "user experience" is scary. When your software frustrates someone, you can lose them forever, in a blink. That's why I posted the way I did. We all love NursingLink's overall approach. So.. let's "help" them make it better. I believe you feel the same way Char ... I'm just feeling wordy at the moment. |

Life should NOT be a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in an attractive and well preserved body, but rather to skid in sideways, chocolate in one hand, martini in the other, body thoroughly used up, worn out and screaming "Woo-hoo"!!! |
