I had a contact with a nurse recruiter in the US,she was referred to me by a friend. We communicated through e-mail because we're worlds apart. She told me about the nursing home I'm going to work at and the benefits I'll get. She said that she'll send the agreement, so i patiently waited,when I finally saw it, I was really disappointed because the contents are not what i expected, the compensation and benefits are not stated,in other words, incomplete. Not to mention, the paper was just photocopied and smells like cigar. How can I trust that kind of act? I'm not stupid to understand what's going on so i decided not to pursue it. May God bless that person!

Well that really stinks and most recruiters are not unprofessional. You were correct I think in not commiting yourself to them.
