Hello everyone... there aren't many ADN programs in GA and I wanted to know if anyone knows if it's easy or hard to get into the programs in Georgia. I know in CA most of the schools are lottery picks and my cousin applied twice before getting in ... I guess she was considered lucky because I worked with a friend that waited three years. Thanks

Yes, there are waiting lists, but if you have good grades and have completed your prerequisites you are ahead of the gang. I completed my LPN course first, so I have to complete my core or prerequisite classes and then apply for the bridge program. With excellent grades, and good SAT scores I have been told I should not have a problem. It is easier to get into a bridge program than into the straight RN, ADN program. I guess because you have already proven yourself.

Thanks Vickielee1970, I am wondering since there are 83 programs in California since I'm from there I'll have a better chance of getting in. Thanks again
