As I was watching Nancy Grace on TV there was this news. One Airline passenger, said to be a nurse, died on board up in air. She was telling the flight attendant "Don't let me die" and was asking for oxygen.
Are the flight attendants trained to give oxygen to anyone who needs it? Is there a Flight Nurse available in each plane?

Yes they are trained in first aid, cpr, safety. The woman who died, died of complications of heart disease and diabetes. The original flight attendant was an RN by the name of Ellen Church in 1930. All flight attendants were RN's until the advent of WW2 nurses were needed elsewhere but flight attendants still had to have a college degree.
