Posted about 5 years ago hi there! i'm a BSN graduate from an internationally accredited school in Nursing and came here in the US to launch my career. since i have no experience yet & my results in the nclex exam that i took just recently hasn't arrived yet i feel like i'm wasting time at home when i should be gaining work experience by now. i'm concerned that i can't get into any other jobs because i don't have a license yet and since i took the test already my IP permit can't be used as well. i want to know what jobs i could get into in the meantime, help! |

| Posted about 5 years ago How long ago did you take the NCLEX? You should get the results in a few days. Did you apply for a nursing license in the state where you live? Have you applied for a temporary permit? Most states allow graduates of RN schools to work provisionally (90 days typically) until their NCLEX results come in. |

| Posted about 5 years ago hello! its been 2 weeks since i took my exam, no results yet though. i was informed that i would take about 4-6 weeks to arrive by mail though. how long does it usually take for the results to arrive? i did apply for a temporary permit but i think that once you take the exam you can't use the IP anymore. thanks for your time & concern.
