I think that I am much like Miranda Bailey. She's fierce, and isn't afraid to tell anyone what she thinks--including her own boss. So much like me.

Rn and Al, You are so right. I do like Dr. Bailey and Erica i didn't think that i was going to like her either but she turned out so far to be an ok character. I think that i am a bit likely bailey as well in that i like to be straight to the point, however, in saying that i try not to be a blunt and rude the way she comes off. I feel that it is important to be direct and to the point but, to be constructive when doing so.......

I feel like I am like Izzy, I am a people person and I think that having a good trusting relationship with your patient helps things go more smoothly and spending that extra little time to sit and talk with them, helps them feel more comfortable, cause after all they are at a place where they do not want to be and they are afraid of the unknown.

Just recently found this forum >_< as far as relating to the characters on the show, I see little bits of my personality in alot of them but the two I relate to the most would have to be Izzy and Meredith. Im very compassionate and a people person at the same time I worry just as much as Meredith does in her own quirky way but still manages to get the job done.

I look a little bit like Izzy, and I find myself relating to her when I see her in emotionally tense situations.  I actually really like a lot of the characters.  Christina is a good counterpoint to Meredith, and you see her come out of her emotional shell every once in a while and she reveals her vulnerability.   Miranda is very blunt, but she also has a big heart (I'll never forget the scene where she told a patient his wife had died, while he was in isolation, and stood outside comforting him).  I like Callie because she's so saucy, and I think she's too much woman for George anyway...Derek is too nice to be a neurosurgeon...Erica is too much fun.

I think I am a bit of Izzy in as far as men are concerned and maybe a bit ot Meredith Gray as far as needing my space with men.  Professionally, I see a bit of George in me!!!  He tries so hard and I feel that I sometimes that it me.  I honestly think that they do way too much talking about their private lives in front of patients..so unreal!!!!!  I love Dr. Bailey.

I'm probably most like Meredith, with a touch of Izzy and have a dark side like Christina. My friends think I have a photographic memory like Lexie, but I can't relate to that!
