No I don't think it's right, but it's how the Cleveland Clinic and many other well known or large facilities treat their staff. The Cleveland Clinic for a large number of years has been extremely careful about it's "image" to the point, staff have been scared to death to speak out. It's a prison, where doctors reign supreme at all times, managers and administrators intimidate the staff.

i say she would have had to know this was going to happen and should not have been surprised, all things considered and not agreeing with the hospitals decision. but maybe it's a better thing that one person lost a job and the clinic is exposed, and i'm sure she weighed the consequences beforehand, and chose to publish. yes, i'm sure other doors will open for her.
